There are lots of benefits to subscribing to Roblox Premium, but eventually, you might want to cancel that subscription for one reason or another. If you’re unaware, Roblox Premium gives players access to economic features such as buying, selling, and trading items as well as increased revenue share on all sales in your games. You also receive a monthly Robux allowance as well as a 10% discount when purchasing Robux. Roblox Premium auto-renews until you cancel your subscription ahead of the renewal date. Here’s how to cancel on each individual device.

Browser App

• Log into the account on which the membership was purchased
• Open the gear icon in the upper righthand side
• Open settings
• Open billing
• Click the “Cancel Renewal” button and follow the provided prompts until the subscription is completely canceled

If you do not see a cancel button in any of the mentioned locations, here are some reasons why that might be happening:

• You are logged into a different account that does not have the active membership
• You are trying to cancel your membership from the Xbox One app. Cancel is only available on the payment method on which you purchased the membership
• The account in question does not currently have an active membership
  • The membership expired and did not have auto-renewal turned on
  • The membership has already been canceled
  • The payment method does not renew automatically

Mobile App

To cancel on the mobile app, you must do so through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on which type of device you are using.

For Android devices:

• Open the Google Play Store
• Make sure you’re signed into the Google account paying for the Roblox Premium subscription
• Click on menu, then subscriptions
• Select the Roblox Premium subscription
• Click on cancel subscription

For Apple devices:

• Open the settings application on your phone or tablet
• Click on your name
• Click subscriptions — if you do not see “subscriptions” click on “iTunes & App Store” instead
• Find and click on the Roblox Premium subscription
• Click on cancel subscription

Xbox One

Roblox Premium memberships are not available on Xbox One. This means that Xbox One players cannot cancel their membership while using the console. If you have a membership on mobile or through the web browser app, you will not be able to cancel through the Xbox One.
